He is having approx 30 years of vast experience in dealing of water treatment plants and related products and Machinery. He is over all in-charge of the management and affairs of the Company.

He has worked with NGO Cry, REAP and RSVK to spread the awareness and necessity of education mainly for economically poor segment of society.

2) Ms. Anjali Khant (DIN: 03506175) – Whole-time Director

Mrs. Anjali Khant (DIN: 03506175) is a Promoter and First Director of the Company.

She holds Diploma in Chemical Engineer from S B M P Institute. She has been a rank holder in college and has won many certificates for educational excellence in chemical engineering.

She is having approx 21 years of vast experience in dealing of water treatment plants and related products and Machinery. She is looking after Company’s Administrative and Human Development Departments.

She has also worked with NGO Cry, REAP and RSVK to spread the awareness and necessity of education mainly for economically poor segment of society.

3) Mr. Ashfak Mulla (DIN: 03506172) – Whole-time Director

Mr. Ashfak Mulla (DIN: 03506172) is a Promoter and First Director of the Company.

He holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Shriram Polytechnic Institute.

He is having approx 28 years of vast experience in the marketing and dealing of water treatment plants and related products and Machinery.He was entrusted with power of administration of Company’s office situated in Pune and sale and promotion of Company’s products in Pune region.

He has received award from RPG group for developing Furnace from scrap material during his service tenure with RPG Group at their Nagpur Plant.

4) Mr. Milind Bibikar (DIN: 02632586) – Additional Independent Director

Mr. Milind Madhukar Bibikar (DIN: 02632586) is Diploma holder in DME (Mechanical Engineering) from Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology from Pune.

He is expert in Business Strategy, Consultancy, Marketing Management, Project Management, Human Resources Development, business Management, etc. His core expertise is in Water Treatment Industry and Business and Project Management Consulting.

He has experience of more than 30 years in Water Treatment Industry as Manufacturer, Trader, service provider, sales executive, etc.

5) Mr. Pinaki Bhadury (DIN: 10788323) – Additional Independent Director

Mr. Pinaki Bhadury (DIN: 10788323) is graduated in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Automotive Engineering 1st class with honours and Master’s in management science with specialization in Marketing, 1st class with honours.

He has worked with Thermax Limited for 26 years at various positions. He has also worked with Doshion Veolia Water Solutions Ltd., Frost & Sullivan India Pvt. Ltd. and Wipro Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. He has total experience of more than 41 years. Presently; he is acting as Advisor, Mentor and Consultant for Cleantech Companies especially from the energy and water sector since 2018.

He is expert in Business Strategy, Consultancy, Marketing Management, Project Management, Human Resources Development, Business Management, etc. His core expertise is in Water Treatment Industry and Business and Project Management Consulting.

6) Mr. Mahesh Tolaram Ahuja (DIN: 07120487) – Additional Independent Director

Mr. Mahesh Ahuja (DIN: 07120487) holds a PGDBM and SMP in Business Administration and Management from Prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta.

He has over 20 years of corporate experience at Barclays, HSBC and ICICI bank. He excels in advisory roles across startups and established organizations, driving success and fostering high-performing teams. Specializing in cost management (P&L), strategic visioning, innovation, financial analysis, and decision- making, he has a proven track record of reshaping strategies and driving growth.

In addition to mentoring IoT startups at the Technology Innovation Hub (TIH) of IIT Bombay, Mr. Mahesh Ahuja serves as a brand strategist and growth catalyst for various fintech startups, guiding them in their growth strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and fund raising journey.

He is an active angel investor and speaker and panelist at various start-up events.
